- We offer a free shipping for all orders over R500 in South Africa!
- Orders under R500 are shipped for a flat rate of R49.
- Our orders are all shipped directly from the nearest despatch area within 24 hours.
- Deliveries are handled by Fastway Couriers and The Courier Guy and usually take 1-3 days.
Return Policy
We’re confident you’ll be satisfied with your product purchase. However, we have a 7 day return policy. This means you have 7 days to request a return, after receiving your item. For your return request to be accepted, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in a sealed box, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the valid Order Number and receipt. The courier costs associated with the return will be deducted from your refund. Items that have been opened may be subject to a return and restocking fee of 10-25%. To initiate a return request, you can mail us at shop@goodenergi.co.za with a photo of the item being returned. If accepted, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA), return shipping information, as well as instructions. Items sent to us without a valid RMA Number will not be accepted.
